Too much absorbed by our mobile phones and tablets, doing smombies, when we are around we forget to turn the look. Or better: to raise our eyes to the sky … I understand that it is an increasingly difficult task to do, given the level of atrophy of our joint system, increasingly subjected to the stress of the “text neck”, as documented by ostepathis (I always speak about this problem in schools throughout Italy during the presentations of my book “Librofonino” which tells stories of smombies, smartphones and cyberbullies).
But if we try to look up, we could see above us scenes like those that I shot in Florence. Scenes in which went on stage the amazing show I documented in this little video. Signals and movements in the sky, as expressions of good wishes for the New Year …

This is the video trailer of the new edition of LAMIAGENDA, available starting from Spring 2018 and published in Italy by I Quindici. It presents a brand new artwork – a collage of waste paper recovered from disfigured advertising posters – I created for my “Lacer/actions” project. It wants to express the theme of the new edition “of the most innovative school diary”: “Stand up for the Earth!”. The trailer expresses the basic editorial concepts of the new edition of the school diary, that is: it has a square shape, it is full of colors, it is graphically animated. In short, it is an agenda to book! Reservations from the school institutions have already started. For info and contacts: email@example.com .
Ecco il video trailer della edizione 2018/2019 de LAMIAGENDA, disponibile a partire dalla Primavera 2018, edita da I Quindici. La copertina presenta un nuovissimo artwork – un collage di carta straccia recuperata dai manifesti pubblicitari deturpati – di Roberto Alborghetti. Vuole esprimere il tema della nuova edizione del diario scolastico + innovativo che ci sia: “Tutti su per Terra!”. Il video esprime anche i concetti base del nuovo diario-agenda: è quadrato, è colorato, è animato. Insomma, da prenotare. Infatti, sono già partite a pieno ritmo le prenotazioni da parte degli Istituti scolastici. Per info, contatti e incontri : firstname.lastname@example.org;
This is not a painting! This is a natural (and not manipulated) macro and abstract photo of decomposed matters. The picture is part of Roberto Alborghetti’s “LaceR/Actions” project-research, which reached 100.000 photos taken all around the world. See the artwork (and other 14) displayed at ACS Artsy Gallery.
This is my Top Video of 2017 at my YouTube channel: “There is a crack in everything, that’s how the light gets in”, inspired by the wonderful quote by artist Leonard Cohen, who passed away during 2016. Cracks is part of Roberto Alborghetti’s Lacer/actions project-research about decomposed publicity posters, natural crevices and scratches, urban and industrial matters… This clip is dedicated to the wonderful world of cracks magnifications. The images are not paintings or digitally made works, but simply abstract photos of the reality around us… as the cracks…

Fifty years ago (1967) a great song hit the world: “A Whiter Shade Of Pale” by Procol Harum. Roberto Alborghetti visual art (“Lacer/actions” project) meets this wonderful masterpiece of the music. The pictures of the video are not paintings but abstract photos about torn and disfigured publicity posters and decomposed materials.
