A volume of 208 pages, with over 250 photographs and 36 unpublished recipes.

After the presentation you’ll have the way to sit at the table with the best recipes selected from those included in the volume. The “papal” menu includes: – #empanadas, crescent-shaped pasta bundles with a tasty and spicy filling that represented the typical dish prepared by Argentine women for their men returning from the pampas. – The always noble stuffed # calamari, a classic also of our sea areas – The #paella, able to unite all the Spanish-speaking peoples (and not) thanks to its explosion of colors and flavors argentina: the #asado with gratinated vegetables, patient recipe of grilled meat slowly, an absolute triumph of taste – For #dessert the pistachio mousse 45 euro drinks included. The evening begins at 7.30 pm with the presentation of the book.

MY BOOK (“EATING WITH POPE FRANCIS”) IN THE FINAL 6 OF “BANCARELLA AWARD COOKING”

Worldwide success book “Eating with Pope Francis“, that I had the honour to write, has been voted among the 6 Best Books for Bancarella Award Cooking section!

L’autore è stato intervistato da Gabriele Principato, giornalista de Il Corriere della Sera. Sono intervenuti: padre Marcello Longhi, vicepresidente Opera San Francesco; Luciano Gualzetti, direttore Caritas Ambrosiana, e un rappresentante dei cuochi del Refettorio Ambrosiano. My book “Dining with Pope Francis”,  published in Italy by Mondadori, was the focus of a meeting-debate on “Food to perfection”, an event organized by Corriere della Sera (Italian leading newspaper) in Milan (23- 24-25 March 2018). I was interviewed by Gabriele Principato, journalist for Il Corriere della Sera. Father Marcello Longhi, vice-president of Opera San Francesco; Luciano Gualzetti, director of Caritas Ambrosiana, and a representative of the cooks of Refettorio Ambrosiano, participated to the event.
