THE FASCINATING WORLD OF RUST / LIKE TRAILS OF REDDISH CLOUDS IN THE SKY #3

Time and rust have the fascinating power to change things without the contribution and conditioning of the human being’s hand. The work and the creative action that rust can do are truly surprising. They can compose and model endless scenes in which our eyes can see and perceive horizons without limits. Or skies in which the clouds leave incredible trails, like the brush strokes that a painter leaves on the canvas. Yes, like trails of reddish clouds in the sky.

These images are not paintings, but simply macro photographs of the rusts I saw on an old gate, as you can see in the picture on the left side. © roberto alborghetti (16)Everything is created casually, without a precise intent, without a reason which is not that of the normal process accomplished by the natural decomposition of the elements. Surprising, is not it?

These abstract and macro photos are part of “Lacer/actions”, a multidisciplinary project and research about the apparent chaos of ripped and decomposed publicity posters, natural cracks, crevices, scratches and urban and industrial signs and tokens, like these trails of rust  (I’ve collected so far more than 100.000 photos…). Transferred on canvases, reproduced on lithographic prints or textiles, re-built on collages or scanned in videoclips, the images of torn and disfigured posters and natural cracks, corrosions and scratches give new meanings and expressions to paper lacerations and matters decompositions.

BLACK FRIDAY, BLACK WEBS: MACRO PHOTOS ON SIGNS IN THE ASPHALT

These abstract and macro photos are of “Lacer/actions”, a multidisciplinary project and research about the apparent chaos of ripped and decomposed publicity posters, natural cracks, crevices, scratches and urban and industrial signs and tokens, like these black webs on the asphalt   (I’ve collected so far more than 100.000 photos…). Transferred on canvases, reproduced on lithographic prints or textiles, re-built on collages or scanned in videoclips, the images of torn and disfigured posters and natural cracks, corrosions and scratches give new meanings and expressions to paper lacerations and matters decompositions.

300.000 VIEWS! A NEW VIDEO THANKING YOU FOR THIS GREAT ACHIEVEMENT

Many Thanks to all of you for stopping by my Blog! 300.000! It’s a wonderful achievement. So, this is a new video (from my YouTube channel) to celebrate it. It’s “The torn (publi)city”. It represents my project. It represents my research through the amazing dimension of decomposition of matters, urban and industrial signs, natural cracks and scratches around us. Enjoy the video. And thank you so much!

THE TORN (PUBLI)CITY: SIGNS & CODES LEFT ON A BILLBOARD #3

After the advertisement has been torn and removed from the billboards, traces and marks of ink, glue and residuals of paper can be glimpsed on the surface. In my opinion, this is a sort of open-air exhibition. Our eye can read and admire strange shapes and a sort of codes that only the time and the chance can decipher.

I think all this is a real language. It is the expressive code of the road, which speaks and communicates in an absolutely surprising way. Yes, I am convinced that this is natural and pure street art, built by virtue of a force that is beyond our control. Yes, very suggestive black and white pics. You must be immediately ready to impress these scenes …

Also in this photogallery #3 I have gathered some of the images I took around a big outdoor billboard located in Milan area (Italy), as you may see in this photo.

There are some amazing and original landscapes on the walls of our cities… They are skies and seas of paper we can see in macro photographs of disfigured advertising posters. In this photogallery I have gathered some of the macro images I took walking along the streets of diffrent cities. They’re macro and abstract photos of a decomposed publicity poster I saw on outdoor billboards.  The pictures are part of LaceR/Actions”, a multidisciplinary project and research about the apparent chaos of ripped and decomposed publicity posters, natural cracks, crevices, scratches and urban and industrial signs and tokens (I’ve collected so far more than 100.000 photos…).
